Your responsibilities will include collaborating with sellers to list and promote their properties, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction process. Responsibilities

  • Complete PLACE Agent Launch program
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems weekly
  • Host two open houses each month
  • Turn prospecting and leads into appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice and team activities
  • Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
  • Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties
  • Showcase knowledge in pricing, staging, and listing services
  • Negotiate offers for sellers
  • Record activities and client interactions in PLACE Technology
