Hey, it’s Christopher Wilbourn, I am the founder and CEO of Tribe Wellness Sales. I’m on a mission to find a  Salesforce Developer to join me full-time, 40 hours a week, in our Austin office. This isn’t just about writing code—it’s about being the hero who builds the guts of Tribe Wellness’s mission, turning our vision into a Salesforce powerhouse that changes lives. Salesforce is our engine—driving sales, streamlining onboarding, tracking every win—but it’s only as strong as the hands that build it. Right now, we’re scaling fast, and our platform needs a master coder to bring it to life. Without you, we’re stuck with half-baked systems and a mission that can’t hit its full stride. With you? Your Role in the Game

I need you here, in-office in Austin, 40 hours a week, coding like a champ right by my side. You’ll be the Salesforce Developer who takes our big ideas and makes them real. You’ll write clean, killer code—Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components—to customize Salesforce to our exact needs. You’ll build integrations that tie our tools together, craft workflows that hum, and debug anything that dares to break. You’ll work with me and the team to turn requirements into reality, from client-facing features to back-end muscle.

Here’s what you’ll crush:

• Code : Build custom Salesforce solutions—think Apex triggers, Lightning apps, whatever we need.
• Integrate : Hook up APIs and third-party tools to keep our data flowing smooth.
• Fix : Troubleshoot and optimize, making sure our platform runs like a dream.
• Create : Bring our mission to life through every line you write.

Who You Are (Yes, YOU)

You’re the one who reads this and feels the spark. You’ve got 3–5+ years of Salesforce development under your belt—hands deep in code, not just tinkering. You’re a pro with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning—maybe even SOQL and SOSL are your jam. You’ve built stuff that works—apps, integrations, customizations—and you’ve got the scars to prove it. You’re fast, precise, and love the thrill of turning a problem into a solution.

• Skills : Salesforce dev chops (Apex, Lightning, integrations), ideally with a certification (Platform Developer I at least).
• Mindset : You’re a builder—technical, creative, and all about getting it done right.
• Drive : You care about the why—maybe wellness lights you up, or maybe you just love a fight worth winning.

The Deal

This is full-time, 40 hours a week, in-office in Austin—no hybrid, no remote. You’ll be right here with me, making it happen. We’re offering $115,000–$145,000/year , based on your experience and what you bring to the table. It’s not a cakewalk—some days are intense and fast—but it’s always worth it.
