Job Description

We are seeking an intern who is passionate about social media and digital marketing. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining multiple social media profiles while focusing on growth and engagement. This will include crafting and creating social posts and digital newsletters, tracking social media analytics, and interacting with various social media communities.

Compensation: $16-$22

Qualifications
Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies.
  • Own the social media management of all of our brands, creating and curating engaging content that resonates with our audience and promotes our brand message including:
    • Manage weekly/monthly content calendar for multiple branded companies.
    • Writing engaging copy and posting on social media platforms multiple times throughout the week.
    • Manage email marketing campaigns.
    • Create and optimize blog and newsletter content.
    • Optimize and maintain company websites.
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to enhance engagement, increase followers, and ROI.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
