Documentation Creation: - Research strategy proposal
- Discussion guides and scripts

Presentation: - Research findings readout presentation to research leadership and team
- Research findings readout presentation to cross-functional multi-department stakeholders
Communication: - Keep client stakeholders in the loop for all communications with recruiting agency or any other third party vendors
Tool Expertise: - UserZoom, Mural, Qualtrics
- MS 365 Suite

Experience: - Should have worked in similar capacity over the last 8-10 years showcasing user research experience in the digital applications and platforms space.
- Experience in healthcare industry will be plus
- Bachelor’s or MS in a human behavior related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience)
